Clyde Hill

A few minutes away from the pristine waters of Lake Washington and nearby tech giants like Microsoft, you will find the small city of Clyde Hill. Mostly composed of residential properties and lined with evergreen trees, Clyde Hill offers prospective home buyers a lovely setting to enjoy the distinct Pacific Northwest lifestyle.  Originally a farming community in the 19th century, Clyde Hill was incorporated as a town in 1953 during the population boom in the Seattle-Bellevue area. By 1998, it became a non-charter code city. Apart from two small commercial areas, there’s also a good selection of schools: Clyde Hills Elementary, Chinook Middle School, Bellevue Christian School, and Sacred Heart School. Rarely going below $3 million, homes in Clyde Hill are some of the most expensive in the area. The majority of the housing stock is composed of spacious single-family homes that are usually situated on half-acre lots.
